Episode 14

Branding is How you do Everything

Ciao a tutti e Benvenuti!

Welcome back to Collecting Picture Memories! This week, we’re diving into one of the most misunderstood aspects of business: branding. When people think of branding, they often jump straight to logos, colors, and visuals, but branding is so much more than aesthetics. It’s the experience, the connection, and the promise you create with every single customer interaction.

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal philosophy on branding: it’s how you do everything. It’s the small details that make people remember how you made them feel. Branding is the way you connect your purpose and personality with every touchpoint—so that when people engage with you, they know exactly what to expect and trust that you’ll deliver.

We’ll talk about how creating an authentic brand goes beyond your visual identity and dives into the experience you bring to life for your audience. Let’s redefine branding together!

Tune in to explore the art of branding and get inspired to bring your brand’s promise to life. Grazie mille for listening!

Hello! I am Cristina, the owner of Healthy Italia and a native Italian who moved to the United States in 2014.

My original plan was to stay in the U.S for six months working in an internship while improving my English language skills. After being offered a full-time accounting job, I decided to stay but I followed the advice of my father to pursue “something else” outside of a 9-5 job. Healthy Italia is my “something else”!

The original idea was to open a retail store that would sell imported goods from small Italian producers. Today Healthy Italia has evolved into a retail store with an attached cooking school, where we instruct students in live cooking classes, teaching them how to prepare traditional Italian dishes from scratch.

My mantra is that everyone can create a delicious dish from a few simple ingredients.

Thank you for joining me on this journey!
